In 2024, AMI’s innovative game-based learning platform, TEAM FORGING, achieved remarkable success at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). The game was integrated into various programs almost ten times within just four months of its introduction at NTU. As a testament to its popularity and effectiveness, TEAM FORGING set a new record by engaging over 112 participants in a single interactive workshop in Singapore university trainings.
During NTU’s international student orientation, TEAM FORGING was introduced as a fun and engaging way for students to adapt to new environments. The game presented a series of challenges that not only eased students’ transition into university life but also encouraged them to step out of their comfort zones and improve their communication and problem-solving skills.
The game made a significant impact on NTU’s Entrepreneurship Academy program by simulating project team challenges commonly faced by start-ups. TEAM FORGING provided students with firsthand experience in entrepreneurial leadership, team dynamics, and project work in a safe environment. One standout workshop saw students adopt diverse problem-solving approaches while engaging in enriching peer discussions, leading to numerous insightful moments. This session garnered a five-star rating from 90% of participants.
Additionally, TEAM FORGING served as a bonding platform for NTU alumni. In a lively and enjoyable setting, alumni from diverse backgrounds participated in the game, overcoming team challenges that sparked spontaneous cheering and dancing, strengthening their sense of community and teamwork.
Team Forging was an incredibly fun and educational 3D game experience for alumni, partners and families alike. The activity is also suited to management teams for teambuilding outcomes.

Based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback from both students and faculty, NTU’s Entrepreneurship Academy and the Alumni Office have decided to deepen their collaboration with AMI. They aim to expand the use of TEAM FORGING across a broader range of courses, leveraging its unique approach to enhance entrepreneurial leadership, decision-making, and project team dynamics. This innovative integration provides students with a dynamic, low-risk environment to learn and grow while developing essential skills for the future.
