In September, 2023, AMI, in partnership with Singapore’s Catholic Junior College, conducted an extraordinary Strengths Leadership workshop for nearly 200 eager young students, led by our Master Trainer, Kim Pong.

The young scholars were introduced to cutting-edge technology through the seriousness of play. They were captivated by the immersive TEAM FORGING game, which not only held their attention but also sparked deep discussions and reflections after each challenge. The session was a whirlwind of high energy as the students embraced innovative thinking, practiced essential team communication, and experienced firsthand the power of collaboration.

Combining Gallup CliftonStrengths with TEAM FORGING, Kim Pong masterfully orchestrated the session, guiding the students through a series of real-world team challenges, inspiring them to be more aware of their own Strengths. In this case, TEAM FORGING wasn’t just a tool, but a catalyst for delivering the effective learning of Gallup CliftonStrengths.

This notable event involved nearly 200 participants, comprised of 192 students and 4 instructors, who were divided into 49 teams. This was one of the largest groups of participants AMI supported. Despite the size of the event, it was managed smoothly, demonstrating AMI’s ability to handle a large number of participants and teams effectively.
