Forging for Success Workshop: Enhancing Corporate Culture Cohesion and Team Efficiency at Siemens

In the corporate world, fostering a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and improving team efficiency are key objectives. In September 2023, we partnered with GP Strategies to address these challenges, presenting an innovative workshop for Siemens, “Forging for Success: Team Efficiency Game-based Learning.”

The workshop objectives were clear and impactful, focusing on understanding the behavior patterns of high-performing teams, mastering cross-team communication, and reflecting on personal strengths and weaknesses for future growth. The ultimate goal was to increase employee ownership and reinforce the cohesion of the company culture.

Participants found the game-based learning approach both enjoyable and deeply resonating. They reported that the effects extended beyond the workshop, influencing their work and personal lives. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many participants noting that the game allowed them to actively practice and embody the corporate culture of ownership and collaboration.
