Throughout her career, she has held prominent roles, including General Manager at Motorola University China and Human Capital Managing Consultant at IBM Global Business Services. As an accomplished author, Eileen has published notable works such as Mastering the Instructional Design Process and How to Evaluate Training Effectiveness. Her consultancy experience spans prestigious clients, including Huawei, Haier Group, China Mobile, Yum, and Bosch Siemens, among others.
