Bala Murali is an accomplished HRD practitioner and business leader with over 25 years of experience in Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development. His notable achievements include holding senior management roles at top technology companies such as Motorola, Nokia, and Microsoft, where he led strategic learning and talent capability development on both regional and global scales. As a Learning Futurist, Bala focuses on collaborating with institutions, organizations, and thought leaders to explore the Future of Learning and the Future of Work.
At Agilitas Learning, Bala has worked with MNCs and SOEs across industries and geographies, providing training, strategic consultancy, and solutions to enable workforce and organizational digital transformation.
Bala holds both the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP). He actively supports Singapore’s SSG SkillsFuture movement, with a strong focus on driving workforce transformation in SMEs and training institutions. A sought-after speaker, he presented on the transformation of learning and talent development for the Digital and Future Economy at numerous conferences and events.
